Our standard calibration is designed for laboratories that need dependable performance verification without overcomplicating the service. We also support customer-specific testing based on internal SOPs and quality requirements.
Calibration can be evaluated against ISO 8655 requirements or applicable manufacturer tolerances.
Our standard service uses two test volumes across the pipette's operating range.
A middle test volume can be added upon request for laboratories that require a three-volume test plan or additional data.

Available upon request as an additional service when your SOP or quality process requires pre-adjustment results.

Preventive maintenance is part of keeping a pipette reliable between calibration cycles. Service is performed as appropriate for the instrument and its condition.
Adjustment is part of the calibration service when necessary to bring the pipette into the selected tolerance criteria, provided the instrument can be appropriately adjusted.
Repairs are handled separately from calibration and are subject to evaluation and the discretion of the service provider based on instrument condition, parts availability and repairability.
